1.带领团队完成部门制定的销售任务；
2.建立和管理大客户销售队伍，规范销售流程，完成销售目标；
3.与客户建立长期的合作关系；
4.分析现有客户资源，深度挖掘客户数据，测评客户有效率，并根据公司目前战略方向制定销售计划和策略；
5.关注与维护和提高公司市场竞争力。
任职要求：
1.拥有手机客户开发经验与较好的手机公司关系，能迅速开辟市场；
2.具有团队建设、人员管理经验，对营销工作具有指导、把控、监督能力；
3.具有丰富的客户开发及维修经验；
4.能够承受压力，接受挑战性的工作；
5.有手机行业客户资源者优先考虑。
