职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责设计部统筹、协调、人力安排；
2、 负责对外设计商务洽谈，合同跟进及签订；
3、 负责主持项目设计和计划安排；
4、 负责部门人员招聘、任免及管理；
5、 负责部门制度执行和绩效考核；
6、 负责人员技术培训、组织学习。
招聘职位要求：
1、有相关设计专业大专以上学历；
2、八年以上室内装饰设计经验，六年以上方案设计经验，主持三个以上四星级以上酒店设计项目；
3、手绘功底强，表达力强，组织力强，有较强创意灵感；
4、有两年以上设计总监经验；
5、熟练装饰材料及饰物，熟悉施工工艺；
6、熟练电脑，有设计投标创新模式 熟练设计全套程序；
7、有国外设计企业工作经验者优先；
