1,基于公司整体战略目标，协助总经理建立全面的销售战略,制定并组织实施相应的市场营销策略，负责公司产品的市场拓展.
2,在战略规划指导下，协助总经理制定销售策略、方案；洞察、预测渠道危机，及时提出改善意见报批；处理市场问题，控制相关财务风险。
3,负责公司市场营销部的年度工作计划、预算、人员设置，分解具体工作指标和部门的整体工作运作.
4,负责销售渠道和销售团队的建立和管理完善，制定并实施销售方案和管理制度，包括客户信用制度、销售奖励制度、销售辅导和培训制度等.
5,负责对区域销售和产品销售进行评估、跟踪及管理；引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度，指导、巡视、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作.
6,进行客户（包括代理商）分析，建立客户关系，挖掘用户需求。
7,动态分析行业竞争态势，统筹规划公司销售工作：销售通路规划、市场进入及提升规划.
8,协调公司内外部关系，对公司市场营销战略计划的执行进行监督和控制。
9,市场调查与新市场机会的发现，制定新产品市场推广方案。
10,深入了解行业信息，把握最新销售信息，为公司提供业务发展战略依据
