任职要求：
1、卓越的创意能力，设计品位和艺术修养；
2、从事新媒体互动艺术设计和新媒体展示设计领域工作，有成功作品；
3、综合知识应用能力突出，能够把空间，艺术，影像和互动技术巧妙结合；
4、新闻传播学、广告学等专业本科以上学历；
5、学士学历，5年以上同等职位、4A广告公司或知名公关公司策划经验优先考虑；
6、优秀的沟通交流能力和提案能力，有效向客户传达创意设计理念；
7、优秀的领导力，能够领导团队在指定时间完成优秀创意设计方案；
8、具有海外工作经历的中国艺术家，愿意来中国发展的海外艺术家。

岗位职责：
1、负责重大项目的新媒体展示设计和提案文件制作；
2、创意，设计和开发新媒体互动装置，视觉影像展示装置和综合展示设计；
3、与客户紧密沟通，了解客户需求，完成项目方案。
4、负责带领创意团队并对部门成员进行专业培训和指导；
5、负责广告策略的制定，广告作品的创意设计，同时能带领创作团队进行工作，善于利用、引导团队开发创作；
