Responsibilities
1. Assist in Department and Project budget preparation; supervise local staff in the quality activities of the organization.
2. Assist in IQC/SQA system for all incoming material and to reflect early potential mode of failure of components for corrective and preventive action follow up.
3. Establish and manage Product Quality Plans to meet customer requirements, to ensure customer satisfaction on quality.
4. Establish and direct statistical control for critical processes to ensure product conformity.
5. To implement ISO 9001, ISO13485 Quality Management System, Product safety UL, KEMA; CE and FDA GMP (Class 1) Standards.
6. To monitor FAI (First Article Inspection results) for internal and external tool makers
7. To manage and direct life testing for engineering and production sample to verify engineering design according to Product Specification Standard and Quality Plan.
8. Participates in NPI review of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations. Actively participate in design for manufacturability, design for reliability, design for quality, etc. initiatives.

9. Monitor and direct the development of testing jigs and fixtures for engineering testing, production measurement.
10. To monitor all measurement instrument and equipment in good serviceable condition and traceable to international standards (calibration).
11. To provide technical support to Production department on all quality related matters.
Supervising and monitoring the performances of AQE (Advanced Quality Engineering) Team
12. Provide support and work with NPD Team by using Six Sigma Tools (such as DFMEA, DOE, GR&R activities) for all major platform capabilities development.
Assist in the supply chain quality management during the New Project Development stage.

Requirements
1. Degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
2. 3 – 5 years in supervision or managerial grade in quality, design in the manufacturing field.
3. Familiar with ISO 9000 Quality Management System UL; CE and FDA GMP Standard.
4. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill with oversea customers.
6. Work and station in our Shenzhen plant is required. (Alt Sat. work)
