1、负责提供项目售前技术咨询服务，包括客户沟通、售前方案及产品推介、投标活动组织管理等；
2、负责部门管理工作，指导部门经理及技术支持工程师完成与客户的技术交流，了解客户建设意图，分析并引导客户需求；
3、主导项目招标活动，特别是政府项目运作及招标活动，负责对招投标项目进行评估，负责制定项目投标计划，并监督项目投标组的项目进度计划实施；
4、负责签约项目在本部门与生产部门、工程实施部门之间的资料交接工作，协助生产部门、工程实施部门了解客户的建设需求，负责提供项目后续的咨询工作。
职位要求：
1）35岁左右，理工类专业本科以上学历，中级职称或具有项目经理、PMP等相关职位资格证书；
2）3年以上技术团队管理经理，要求过往管理团队规模在10人以上；
3）8年以上安防行业或城市交通系统集成、高速公路、交通机电集成等行业工作经验；
4) 有3年以上政府项目运作经验及招投标工作经验。
