职位描述
一家知名公司投资中小学教育机构，目前需要有事业心人士加盟合作。
岗位职责：
主要分2个方面：对内教学运营管理，对外市场调研和市场拓展。
1、跟进教学大纲或考试大纲，对所负责的课程进行包装、设计与实施；
2、完成课程顺序设计、教学方法设计、监督和审核脚本写作以及多媒体制作；
3、了解学生状况，根据教学质量和教学问题对课程设计进行修改；
4、 参与市场上同类客户的调研工作，分析竞争对手情况，不断改进课程内容设计；
5、配合课题组和专业责任人完成教学试点工作；
6、组织校级教学督导员开展教学检查；
7、受理教学过程中各类问题，并协调各部门积极处理；
8、组织开展每学期开学初、期中、期末教学检查工作；
9、协助教务教学部门确保教学工作正常运行；
10、协助学校生源开发、宣传等工作，全面负责教师的培训及教学日常工作。
必要条件：
1、 具有3年以上教学督导主管经理以上职位管理工作经验
2、 过往经历中有教学经验
优势条件：
过往经历中，有5家以上分校的培训教育机构同类职位的任职经验，知名课外培训机构任职经验者优先。
