寻求、发现并购机会
-基于公司战略规划要求，根据公司并购战略规划，通过一定的筛选机制，寻求、发现并购机会。
建立外部联系 -为了主动寻找契合公司发展战略的并购标的，根据公司战略规划要求，主动同投行、PE、VC、行业专家、企业高管等建立联系，收集信息，同目标企业进行接触，介绍公司情况，建立信任和合作关系
主导与目标企业开展沟通谈判，达成合作意向
-为了推进并购项目，组织与目标企业开展沟通谈判，充分了解收购对象的合作意愿、需求与合作项目的关键要素等，达成合作意向，签署保密协议及合作意向书。
组织协调项目执行工作
-为了详尽了解并购目标情况，组织对目标企业进行详细的尽职调查，尽职调查工作包括但不限于标的企业的财务、法律、研发、采购、生产、营销和人力资源等内容；组织完成审计、评估工作；组织编制项目的商业计划，协调确定项目的交易价格和交易方案；协调完成项目的内外部签报、审批工作；组织协调并购项目的签约、交割及工商变更工作
