美资Sonos招行政暑假实习生Facility Associate

Summary:
? All work related in reception.
? Preliminary office admin support.
? Assist in employee activities implementation.
? Being a good representative when employees need a hand for office related matters or in help on a travel.
? Besides Shanghai Office Manager, being 2nd point of contact in Shanghai, in case of emergencies during office hours and outside office hours.
? Feeling responsible for the look and feel of the Office.
? Work with landlord for work request as well as repair task.

The Facilities Associate will play a preliminary role in Shanghai Office for routine facilities tasks as well as supporting Shanghai team in country range of projects and activities. It gives you energy knowing that the similar every day however will still be different.

You will be the first point of contact for office suppliers, colleagues on the road, China colleagues and all further incoming calls. It is all about assisting and implementation, execution, supporting and coordinating all kinds of processes, people, goods, etc. Besides this you make sure that the office looks nice and clean. This in order to support the further growth of Sonos in Shanghai.

应届毕业有留用机会，希望暑假前1周3天，暑期1周5天
