Position Overview
The Studio Junior Marketing Coordinator assist Studio Marketing and BD team to organise, communicate and use graphic design skills to prepare submissions, tenders, bids and other documents for the studio in a deadline-oriented environment. The position of Junior Marketing Coordinator is an important role in providing professional service to support Marketing and BD team for business development and revenue generation.
Key Deliverables
? Preparing of submissions, tenders & bids, assisting to prepare capability statements, resumes.
? Works closely with Marketing Manager and other global marketing coordinators to manage local award submissions, specific events and conferences.
Personal Competencies
? Strong written and verbal communication skill in both English and Chinese
? Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, architecture/interior design or related field
? Ability to build relationships, influence and engage within studio
? Strong organisational, time management and prioritising skills
? Can do attitude and calm under pressure
? Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Work Experience / Technical Skills
? Computer skills; essential - MS Office, Adobe Indesign, PowerPoint
desirable – Adobe Photoshop, CRM system, website and intranet maintenance
more than 2 years working experience
