KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Maintain office facilities and supplies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office support services;
? Assist in Company events including annual party, outing, etc.;
? Provide admin support to the Company’s marketing activities;
? Be responsible for office equipment and stationary purchase;
? Supervise cleaners to maintain fair office environment;
? To greet incoming visitors in due manner;
? Provide secretarial support to management team to ensure the efficiency of daily business;
? Help with new joiners’ onboarding procedure, such as meeting room arrangement, onboarding documents collection and delivery to Shanghai HR, work station and stationary arrangements, office tour, etc.;
? Help with leavers’ exit procedure, such as exit checklist confirmation and delivery to Shanghai HR
? Assistance on HR Projects if needed, such as Team Building, etc.;
? Other ad hoc work assigned by managers.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
? Degree holder; Student member of ICSA / HKICS or above is preferred (or local equivalent);
? Minimum 4 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm;
? Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies;
? Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage;
? Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred;
? Independent and able to work under pressure.
