Title
? Cost Controlling (Manager)

Location
? Beijing

Objective of Job
Overall financial and controlling support for product related business processes for locally produced trucks in China, in regards to the new product project (H6) and running series (H4, H5). Considering all material cost related topics and financial results for the local Joint Venture and the overall the company

Task & Responsibilities
? Product Controlling for H6
？ Regular reporting of the unit cost status with special focus on material cost, supplier tooling and logistic costs
？ Safeguarding of linkage of project calculation result with series calculation, especially with regards to material cost
？ Provide product targets including break-down to the individual line functions for locally produces trucks
？ Controlling representative within cross-functional module/awarding team
？ Continuous tracking and controlling of unit costs, financial chances & risks and awarding results
？ Support target achievement of module/awarding teams by tracking target vs. EA
？ Consolidation of module/awarding team results to overall truck level
？ Financial evaluation of scenarios to improve business case and product specification
？ Ensure material cost input for business case calculation
? Product Controlling at the company (strategic/methodic)
？ Continuous support of further development and improvement of current product controlling methods, processes & standards with the objective to effectively plan, steer and control product projects with focus on profitability, transparency and consistency
？ Safeguard integration of project controlling planning results, calculations and analysis of the product project in the strategic (FTR) and operative (OP) planning processes at the Joint Venture entities and the company
？ Regular alignment with collaborative controlling functions FTE (material costs of vehicle) and FTP (material costs of power train) and TE/PMS (platform management)
? Product Controlling at the company (special tasks)
？ Support to execute of required product controlling concepts within H6 truck development phase (project phase)
？ Key account for special topics within material cost controlling
? Price Controlling for H6
？ Calculation and definition of price positioning for vehicle and options
？ Planning/control of price and profit development
? Management on Level 4.2
？ Alignment with management, self motivation and support regarding the development of team members with active feedback, founded on common mission statement & corporate values, and provision of purposeful internal communications in order to achieve the agreed objectives
？ Information sharing and creation of a joint team spirit to the needs of individual employees and allocate the tasks accordingly
？ Informing subordinated employees about the current business situation and requirements and support to comply with it. Ensure the respective implementation

Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Education
？ Academic degree (Diploma/ Master/ Bachelor) in Business Administration or Engineering with financial qualifications.
？ Profound skills and work experience in the area of Business Administration, especially Finance& Controlling, strong analytical and conceptual skills.
? Experience
？ Project work/ planning, steering, controlling of financial aspects of a project/ Material cost controlling/ Funding controlling/ Target Costing/ Economic Evaluation/ Product calculation; - Areas of work: Finance & Controlling, Procurement, Cost Planning/Engineering
? Specific knowledge
？ Persuasive Power, strong communication skills, autonomous & independent working style, self-assured personality, strong team-work orientation, excellent language skills in English, strong intercultural abilities. 举报 分享
