1，具房地产项目的市场调研、报告撰写或项目拓展工作经验
2，扎实的房地产专业知识，能有计划的协调整体工作进度
3，分析判断及数据整合能力强，良好的开发商关系及优秀的协调沟通能力
4，主导项目拓展期间的洽谈工作
5，能接受短期外地的工作安排

1，大专以上学历，5年以上相关经验，有较强的营销策划能力和综合项目的操控经验
2，丰富的楼盘项目操盘经验；了解房地产市场的发展，熟谙房地产营销管理、运作等工作流程
3，熟悉长三角地区房地产市场，拥有丰富行业资源，全面掌握房地产行业相关法规及动态
4，具备良好的表达沟通、协调整合能力，较强行业培训能力和经验，拥有优秀的团队建设及管理能力和经验
5，积极接受挑战，能够在高压力下工作，同时具有较强的协调能力，能统筹协调资源开展工作
