Responsibility

- Deliver high quality Level 1 helpdesk support
. Incident reception, judgement and dispatching to level 2 engineers
. Investigate and troubleshoot user problem, perform root cause analysis and incident solving
. Incident sheet management and data analysis
- Follow ITGC policy, and perform system operation
. System backend operation
?. System release operation
- Ensure timely user notification on maintenance and effects on system availability
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

- At least 3 years of MS SQL Server experience
- At least 3 years of development experience on .net development Tool
- At least 1 year of IT helpdesk experience
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of network, hardware
- Basic knowledge of logistic
- Passionate, thoughtful and responsible
- Capable of working under pressure
