职位描述

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BD executive to join a fast growing American restaurant chain group. The company is one of the world's leading Pizza brand companies. The company opened its first pizza restaurant in 1984 and they are recognized quality leader of the pizza category and now own or franchise over 3,000 restaurants worldwide. Today, there are more than 180 stores across more than 15 cities in China with plans to expand to 500 stores in the next several years.

Key Objectives:
- Develop markets in Asia, with an emphasis in China, that build and maintain brand identity. This process includes the identification of prospective franchisees and efforts to complete the sales of new markets or assisting franchisees in selling their present units to new franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential franchisees through various marketing techniques, attending trade shows and utilizing other opportunities to market the Brand.
- Build relationships with prospective franchisees in Asia with specific emphasis on China.
- Identify prospective markets in China and Asia based on analysis of the sales potential and supply chain issues.
- Visit countries to understand cultures and needs
- Maintain database to ensure consistent communications to the global team.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 to 15 years' working experience, F&B industry knowledge and franchise BD experience required
- Overall understanding of issues to open a new area in China or a market in Asia, including commissary operations, addressing supply chain issues and general issues in successfully opening and building an international market.
- Knowledge of equipment capabilities
- Ability to utilize international communication
- Diplomacy in dealing with other departments and franchisees
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
