I.Job Specification:
1.Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees.

2.Response for employee relations counseling, employee on boarding process, new employee orientations, , and exit interviewing
  负责员工关系咨询，新员工入职事宜，新员工培训和离职面谈
3.Coordinates recruiting activity including but not only: screen resumes, interview arrangement, conduct interview, recruiting process management, recruiting channel management and development to ensure the best talent is selected.
  协调招聘事务包括但不仅限于简历筛选，面试安排，执行面试，招聘流程管理，招聘渠道管理及开发以确保公司选用最合适人才
4.Diagnoses organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams.
  及时发现组织发展的需求，执行有效的解决方案及建立有效的团队
5.Coordinates and conducts internal training programs and evaluates effectiveness.
  协调和执行内部培训和培训评估的有效性
6.Coordinates annual performance appraisal activity, provides suggestion on policies and procedure improvement

7.Coordinates relocation and immigration activities.

8.Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

II.Education and Skills Required:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related major
  本科以上学历，人力资源或相关专业
2.At least 5 years related experience and at least 2 years focus on C&B
  5年以上相关工作经验, 至少2年薪资福利经验。
3.Proficient knowledge Chinese Labor Law
  熟悉劳动法律法规及政策
4.Good written and speaking English

5.Excellent Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word skill

6.Good communication and coordination skills
