Guided Tour
- Tour speaking and guiding (Chinese/English)
- Collect feedback and find customers’ demand and interests
Content Development (Support FTE)
- Develop compelling new content/scenario to introduce future technology
- Update current content/scenario
Operation
- Daily Booking
- Tours & events collaboration
- Support on regular reporting e.g. Weekly report/Monthly Business Impact Report/Internal communication Report
Outreach/PR (Support role)
- Internal communication/promotion
- Event collaboration/onsite support/summary report
- Power user community setup/maintenance
- Marketing content development for MCCO WeChat/Weibo & LinkedIn

Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Minimum 2 years working experience in IT industry
? Good written and oral English
? Strong understanding of the software industry, IT technology
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
? Experience in Internal and External Communication both written and verbal
