职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.制定、参与或者协助上层执行相关的政策和制度
2.负责部门的日常管理工作以及部门员工的管理、指导、培训和评估
3.实施公司的物资、采购战略，制定外购政策
4.分析市场和货运配送系统，确定短期和长期的供应商和供货渠道
5.负责应付款的审查工作
6.组织对物资市场信息的收集和分析
7.维持与供应商的关系，协商竞争价格和劳务合同，降低采购成本

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，管理类。物流类相关专业
2.相关行业3年以上相关采购工作经历者优先熟悉供应链管理
3.熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准
4.具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协调能力强
