JOB SUMMARY (Main responsibilities):
General
Report daily activities to Greater China IFS Team Leaders
Assist activities of other IFS team members
Provide 1st level service desk operation in ASPAC North & ASEAN
To provide 1st and 2nd level infrastructure systems monitoring service.
Handling customer service call and emails, log into Remedy system to ensure customer request can be handled as soon as possible.
If possible troubleshoot and solve problem in 1st line support.
Service Desk Operation
Monitoring Service Desk mail box
Handle customer service calls
Provide first line of support over telephone and email.
Log and track remedy tickets.
Workstation/Printer
Provide 1st and 2nd level workstation/laptop/printer support
Asset Management
Delivery Standard Computer staging service
Computer Leasing procedure execution
Maintaining Asset Databases
Other
Maintain asset management database (Lotus Notes Database and Remedy)
Assist IFS Team Leader to work with 3rd party IFS supplier.
Assist IFS Team Leader with maintenance support on various ICS equipment
JOB PROFILE:
Education
College graduate
Experience
1 year work experience.
Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
Excellent procedure process mindset.
Excellent communication skill
Basic English speaking and writing skill.
Familiar with Windows base operating system operation
Basic Networking knowledge.
Basic Server/network/data centre infrastructure knowledge
Customer relationship management
Highly motivated team player with good attitude to learn.
Customer service focused.
Service Level Agreement knowledge
