岗位职责
1- 负责管理7*24监控技术服务团队，包括人员架构设计、招聘和培训、工作质量考核。
2- 2- 与全球技术团队合作，进行服务平台流程的维护与更新
3- 与公司其他部门合作完成服务项目的前期沟通、后期上线和提交
4- 负责服务质量管理，与客户密切沟通与合作，提升客户满意度
5- 管理第三方供应商，一起提供优质服务岗位要求
6- 3-5年IT基础架构维护经验与团队管理经验
7- 责任心和主动性强，能够带领团队完成优质的IT服务工作
8- 本科，CET-4，能够用英语进行工作交流
9- 具备CCNP，PMP等相关认证者优先考虑

Responsibilities:
In charge of 7*24 monitoring network operation center, response for the recruiting, training and service quality assessment Cooperate with the global technical team, update the service platform and process Help other department finish the IT service project, and deliver to the customer In charge of service management, communication and cooperation with customers, improve customer satisfaction Manage the third part vendors, provide service to the customer.
Requirements: Be positive & proactive, would like to take challenges and able to self-motivate.
Would interface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieve results through others
Good communication and presentation skills, and strong planning and priority-setting abilities 3-5 year IT service project delivery or service team management experiences
Proven IT services project management knowledge, with certifications is preferred
Bachelor degree/equivalent CET-4
