Role title Senior Manager, HRBP
Role Purpose
Key Accountabilities
? Provide leadership, consultation and advice to the management staff in all major areas of human resources management.
? Serve as an integral member of the HRBP and line-management teams.
? Ensure function/business specific and HR programs, procedures and policies are implemented to fulfill both organizational needs and corporate requirements.
? Assess, diagnose and designs solutions that are aligned to the overall and function / business HR plans. Anticipate and address organizational issues/challenges, leveraging wherever possible global processes, tools, etc.
? Work with the management teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing overall organizational capabilities including the enhancement of management competencies and overall bench strength.
? Support values, legal requirements and HR policies throughout the company.
? Provide leadership in the drive to create an energizing and high performance culture, and in making company a great place to work.
? Work with the COE & EOC to continuously improve the quality of HR programs and services delivered. As the HR functional expert serve as a consultative business partner to client group(s) on broad or complex business issues, integrating functional expertise/experience, and GROUP wide business objectives.
? Responsible for the assessment of organizational requirements and implementation of the HR processes, programs and practices necessary to drive business objectives supporting a segment of the company. Focus areas will include: strategic workforce assessment and talent planning; leadership and employee development strategies and programs; processes and programs; and employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving.
Personal Specification
? Above bachelor degree
? Over 10 years working experience
? Quick learning, good attitude and good in teamwork
? Advertising industry experience will be more preferred.
? Good English reading and writing ability
