Purpose of Job:
l To fulfill the after-sales training requirement of the LSH automotive network.
Principal Accountabilities:
l Assist the training manager in the day to day operation of the training center.
2 Conduct LSH Training Academy training program.
3 Edit, update and develop training material, records and information.
4 Work together with colleagues on the maintenance of the training center's facilities.
5 Conduct field visits to dealerships' workshops, assist workshop staff in diagnosis issues, identify technical issues faced and best practices. Formulate into training modules if necessary.
Work Relationships:
· Maintain rapport with training center students from dealerships.
· Maintain cordial relationship with after-sales staff of LSH dealerships
· Conduct and perform assignments given by training center manager
· Support inter-department training activities whenever necessary
Position Requirements:
Basics
l University graduate, major in engineering or automotive related field.
2 Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken (level 4 and above).
3 Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft office program.
4 A good team player, resourceful and able to work independently.
5 People oriented, able to relate and communicate effectively.
Experience :
l Minimum 2 years automotive experience.
2 Experience in adult pedagogical training.
