Archibat Asia目前正在为一家外资知名展览活动行业公司寻找一名3D方向的创意总监,
该公司主要业务为展览会的设计和承建,也从事市场推广活动的策划设计及制作,多媒体制作,视听器材及展具,商用空间的设计及装修工程和户外招牌标识，博物馆及主题公园的设计与承建。
工作地点: 上海
Job responsibilities:
· Develop and respond to client briefs
· Develop creative & strategic content
· Prepare and present proposals to clients
· Support GM to build and manage creative team
· Allocate tasks to teams and supervise their work output
· Overall creative & strategic responsibility
· All other duties as directed by GM
Skills Required:
· A good understanding of creative requirements in the Event and Exhibition industry (min experience 8 years in a senior role).
· The ability to communicate to audiences (both captive and non captive).
· The ability to communicate through entertaining and subliminal/subconscious techniques.
· A good knowledge of special effects.
· An open mind for creativity, yet the ability to cull good ideas from bad or risky ones.
· Possess leadership with team building and management skills.
· Maintain an up to date list of creative and production contacts that offer a variety of styles.
· Clear written and verbal communication to suit different audiences.
· Attention to detail.
Core Competencies:
· Demonstrate initiative and management skills.
· Maintain quality of creative at high standards. Consistently seek and achieve high quality work.
· Stable performance under pressure
· Organizational understanding
