Our client, they are currently inviting an experience Head of Treasury to join their business. As a qualified accountant, you will be communicating with board members and senior managements in providing a capital management strategies and management information.

Our client is listed company with businesses covering most of the major markets providing diversify businesses including food and beverage, real estate, trading and jewellery . As their business keeps expanding in PRC, they are now urgently seeking a high-calibre candidate to join their team of experienced talents as Head of Investment in manage and execute the large investment portfolio for the business grow.

For this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the strategic investment projects, participating in the due diligence and operation of major investment projects including potential merge and acquisition activities for the business. You will also establish a good communication channels with relevant government departments, industry associations and consulting firms, and other business units, as well as other ad-hoc project assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

? University graduate in Finance or Accounting with Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
? At least 15 years of market research and investment work experience in luxury industry or listed company
? Hands on knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions
? Sound experience of the luxury goods operation will be an asset
? Familiar with the relevant PRC financial policies, laws and regulations;
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
