Our client, they are currently inviting an experience Head of Treasury to join their business. As a qualified accountant, you will be communicating with board members and senior managements in providing a capital management strategies and management information.

For this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's financing channels, rationalisation proposals on financing options, finance-related legal, tax, other financial matters, capital management system policies and procedures. You will also monitor the company receivables, payables and expense activities, prepare the capital budget, various analysis, capital requirements of subsidiaries to transfer funds, fluidity check, funds transfer security as well as improve the efficiency of the use of funds and other ad-hoc project assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

* University graduate in Finance or Accounting with Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
* At least 10 years of treasury work experience in financial industry or listed company
* Hands on experience in finance leasing, bank credit management and identify financing channels
* Sound experience in operation of capital management and strong risk control ability, financial knowledge, with a wide range of financing channels and business connections;
* Strong planning skills in monetary funds, funds budget, analysis and implementation, as well as the online banking system construction, the monetary capital gains and account management
* Familiar with the relevant national financial policies, laws and regulations;
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
