This leading life insurer has already had a well established presence across the entire APAC region. With a continuous business growth forecasted, they recognise the importance of having a sufficient risk management function.

For this role, you will responsible for developing, implementing and driving the group insurance risk management's framework in the company, promoting and circulating a risk management culture throughout the insurance operation from front to back, establishing and maintain a relationship with all business and support units in order to representing and increasing the risk management awareness. You will also organise and attend all meeting with risk committees at the company level, manage the risk management on business operation including new product or channels and branches and ensure all operation are compile with company policy and regulations requirements
Requirement:
? University graduate in Finance or Accounting with Professional Accounting Qualification
? At least 6 years of Risk Management work experience in life insurance industry
? Sound experience in operational risk management and execution
? Experience in quantitative analysis skills would be an asset
? Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking and sense
? Ability to assess risk, able to make a judgment, provide the recommendation and financial risk analysis
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
