One of the major sites in the global pilot rollout is Shanghai and our client - A leading listed company. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptive VP, Risk Management to join their business in oversight all risk management related function.

For this role, you will be leading a team of eight and in charge of the risk management function including the operational risk, internal audit, fraud risk and legal. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and developing the comprehensive risk assessment, prevention system and internal control procedures and policies are compile with the company's strategy and regulatory requirements, setting up and continuously improve the investment business risk control system and process monitoring are in line with the strategy of the investment management business.

You will also responsible for the supervision and audit management system, project review and risk analysis of the business activities in strict accordance with the risk management requirements, processes, and control. Leading the implementation of financial due diligence procedures and elements of the audit on the investment in legal affairs, investment projects, investment in the whole process of risk management, investment project assessments etc. Liaise with external auditor and review the quality of the work for both internal and external audit assessment.

Requirements:

? University graduate in Finance or Accounting with Professional Accounting Qualification
? At least 15 years of Risk Management work experience in listed company and Big 4 with minimum 6 years on managerial level
? Solid experience in in-charge all kind of Risk Managements including legal, internal audit, fraud risk and operational risk as well as project management
? Strong ability to assess risk, able to make a judgment, provide the recommendation and financial risk analysis
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
