RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Book invoices on time and correctly in SAP and take initiatives to communicate with concerned people to address the issues;
2.Handle for E-banking, including checking colleagues’ work and input the payment information in E bank ;
3.Check AR billing invoices are generated timely and accurately in SAP;
4.Liaise with related parties to solve the issues if the AR billings go wrong;
5.Prepare monthly account reconciliation after closing, analyze account balance and take necessary action for any discrepancy;
6.Perform ad hoc assignment as necessary;

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor or master degree and major in accounting, finance and business administration
2. With 3+ years of working experience in Finance;
3. Strong knowledge in accounting;
4. With good IT skills in using SAP or other large ERP system is a must;
5. Proven track record in performance and professional level;
6. Active attitude
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good team work and team-player
