高级IE工程师（IE主管）/Sr. IE Engineer
工作职责：
- 对整个生产工艺进行优化改善，推动工厂生产效率的提高；
- 编写、更新、指导和落实工艺文件和现场作业指导书，提高现场标准化操作；
- 对每款产品的标准工时、每个部门人员配置进行统计、分析和改善；
- 对每款产品的成本进行统计、分析和改善落实；
- 负责工厂KPI的收集、统计和分析工作；
- 协调工程和生产，把工程相关的要求，结合生产实际情况，进行落实；
- 对相关部门和人员进行操作和工艺等方面的培训；
- 最大限度的推动5S、精益生产工具落实，推动工厂持续改善的文化。
职位要求：
- 大专或以上学历，机械或工业工程相关专业；
- 五年以上大型制造企业IE改善或Lean工作经验；
- 熟悉IE手法及改善工具，并具有较强的推动能力；
- 熟悉Auto-CAD及办公软件，具备良好的沟通能力；
- 英语听说读写良好。
