职位描述：

Position : Credit Risk Manager

Function : Risk Management

Location : Shanghai, China

Key Responsibility:

1. Act as GMP project coordinator for the Risk Management Function
2. Review/confirm/form and implement all the requirements under Counterparty Credit Risk System (CCRS) for GMP and ensure to meet set project timeline
3. Liaise with relevant internal parties (BU, Legal, Operations) to review and assess formed risk treatment for existing and/or new products for adoption (including to identify & highlight potential variation due to local market practice/regulatory requirement/internal control)
4. Conduct system UAT and provide guidance to Business/Operation teams on the appropriate counterparty limit hierarchy structure to be set up in CCRS and one off migration upon CCRS go-live
5. Address local in-country regulatory requirements/expectations while ensuring alignment with overall Group approach/methodology
6. Conduct post go-live CCRS support and problem solving
7. Compile risk reports for management and group reporting
8. Support risk management tasks and perform initiatives assigned by Function/Division Head from time to time

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree holder with economics/finance, accounting or IT background
2. Knowledge of derivative products, treasury trading systems and counterparty credit risk measurement & computation
3. More than 10 years of working experience in banking & relevant industry and exposure to banking system project would be a plus
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English & good MS-office software skills
5. A good team player while able to prioritize tasks and work independently
6. Detail focused, self-motivated and able to work positively under pressure
7. Prior experience with IT projects related to treasury system and familiarity to relevant product regulatory requirement will be shortlisted for consideration.
