Key Responsibilities
1. Manage agency accounting operations and ensure integrity of financial statements.
2. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all general ledger balances including the thorough analysis of all balance sheet and P&L accounts.
3. Daily cooperation with operation team to ensure the company activity is complied with financial regulation and company policy
4. Perform analysis on actual financial performance vs budget, forecast and prepare yearly budget, and rolling forecast update on regular basis
5. Supervise operating, accounting and control functions.
6. Consolidate financial information and prepare periodic reports reflecting the business performance.
7. Direct preparation and maintenance of the corporation’s accounting records.
8. Prepare year-end statutory and tax packages as required by Serviceplan headquarter.
9. Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
10.May include other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
2. A minimum of eight years of diverse financial experience. Experience in public accounting preferred.
3. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to meet frequent deadlines.
5. Ability to work closely with internal and external people.
6. Ability to function in multi-company environment.
7. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
