Job Description
This opportunity provides you a great job opportunity to support Keysight EESof Greater China Service and Support team to perform as a Customer Support Admin, Training Coordinator Administrative Assistants responsibilities which are highlighted as following:
? Performs general office duties and special projects as assigned.
? Working as a training coordinator and customer support admin to answer customer calls, responds to requests for general information, understand customer needs and problems, and assigned issues to the corresponding engineer, coordinator to solve customer problems. As well as making report and analysis to meet the customer support need
? Establishes and maintains department files and record systems.
? Makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, travel and ensure arrangements are coordinated.
? Maintain calendar, itineraries and makes appointments for managers and/or staff.
? Prepares presentation slides and other documentation as required.
? Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
? Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
? Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Managing sourcing and material/tools/equipment purchase
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Support the team on travel related visa/passport/invitation letter application
? Receive the visitors and manage related logistics and accommodation
? Manage the visitors calendar
Qualification
? Bachelor or above education degree
? Passion in customer support and engagement work as well as willing to work as a department admin to support others
? Effective communication and listening skill to understand customer and team members
? Able to analysis and solve problem independantly
? Good in both oral and written English communication
? High learning agility
