Our company is a leading Foodservice and Facilities Management provider with a strong presence in Asia and operations worldwide.
In some of the most challenging locations, we deliver hotel services to mining, energy, construction projects, we provide full camp management. In city areas, we serve factories, hotels, office buildings, schools and hospitals.

Based in our Worldwide Headquarters in Shanghai,we are lookingfor a Logistic Supervisor



Responsibilities:
? Organize and run all sites procurement request by linking with site logistic and purchase dpt in office to ensure fast sourcing and purchasing of requested products, coordinate the transport and ensure full compliance of export documents.
? Follow up all on-going procurement and give through a reporting system timely update.
? Organize and coordinate logistic for oversea camp procurement under the procurement manager
? Assist, on project basis, the procurement manager in :
o sourcing products on the Chinese market
o consolidate order
o Possibility to travel in china or oversea to give local support if needed




Requirements:
? University degree or equivalent.
? Minimum 10 years experience in Logistic (international and domestic) OR as quality control OR Merchandiser (industrial goods a plus) in an international company.
? Client oriented
? Organized person with good interpersonal skill
? Very good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) mandatory. An oversea experience would be a plus.
