工作职责：

1、根据采购计划完成采购订单的制作，确认付款条件、质量等级、运输条款与交货期；

2、建立、维护、更新采购价格表、供应商数据库与采购流程，确保采购日常管理的顺利进行；

3、协助办理采购物资的验收、运输入库、清点交接等手续，确保采购物资及时准确到位，降低公司资金风险；

4、协助主管完成对供应商的管理，包括与目标供应商进行日常采购的谈判，确认供货交期，向供应商提供样品图纸及规格，确保所有需求满足当前需要，核对付款信息并安排付款事项，协助主管处理因货物质量、交期、价格等因素而发生的纠纷等；

5、与质量、技术等相关部门协作完成对供应商的审计和资质评估；

6、配合物料计划员的工作，保证公司拥有合理、安全、有效的库存；

7、协助部门经理和供应商开发专员对主要原材料价格走势进行跟踪；

8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求

1、机械、材料类专业，大专以上学历；

2、两年以上制造行业相关采购经验；

3、熟悉OFFICE办公软件，能够进行英文听说读写；

4、为人品行端正，具备良好的行业职业道德；

5、工作认真，有成本意识和一定的谈判能力；

6、沟通协调能力强，善于分析、解决问题；

7、有内部客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

8、可承担工作压力。

注：该职位工作地点在怀柔工业园区，公司提供班车每天往返市区。请应聘者结合自身情况决定应聘与否。
