Procurement Management

Output: Manage strategic spend across the Ruichy Minova business. Support all Global Procurement activities in Minova. Management of contracts, with particular emphasis on compliance to contract and quarterly supplier reviews.
Facilitate and manage Ruichy Minova Procurement Programme.
Measure:
? performance vs quantitative targets (Year on year cost downs from: (a) supplier negotiations (b) supply chain opportunities (c) streamlining procurement processes)
? # of materials tendered
? # of suppliers sourced
? supplier performance statistics
? Direct responsibility for strategic spends across Ruichy Minova, including supply market analysis and leading supplier negotiations.
? Contract Management of all existing purchasing activities, including vendor compliance with contract.
? Provide visibility of all raw materials input costs & forecasts to assist sales contract pricing.
? Negotiate application tools and equipment contracts
? Develop new supply sources as appropriate
? Work across Minova and other BUs to identify aggregation and growth opportunities.
? Secure input of key stakeholders to capitalise on cross-BU procurement opportunities.
? Develop and manage relationships throughout Minova, other Orica BUs and with partners/suppliers.
? Work with Supply Chain team to provide lowest delivered cost of raw materials.

People and Communication

Output: Develop sound working relationship with Minova management, develop procurement capability in Ruichy Minova
Measure: Performance reviews with Business Unit Management and other stakeholders
? Foster an environment of working together with Minova management and other BU managers
? Develop staff capability
? Ensure all key internal customers participate in personal DTP feedback
? Appreciation and basic knowledge of cultural issues
