1、负责组织制定内控管理体系、制度和相关流程；
2、制定年度内控计划，并参与及督促计划的实施与完成；
3、根据年度内控计划的完成情况，编写部门工作年度总结；
4、管理制度与流程的建立与完善；
5、组织制订年度规章制度及流程建设工作计划，并跟踪、督促有关部门按时完成工作任务；
6、不断完善规章制度及流程管理体系，提高公司制度化管理水平；
7、负责组织对重大经济合同的审核工作并监督各类经济合同执行情况的；
8、内部风险评估和监控；
9、对各地公司风险控制目标的选择和监控；
10、组织对集团及所属公司的财务资料的可靠性、完整性实施审计；
11、组织对集团及所属公司的生产经营及投资效益实施审计；
12、组织对集团及所属公司的收购、兼并、清算等活动实施审计；
13、组织对集团及所属公司招投标（工程招投标、材料招投标）活动进行审计；
14、组织对集团及所属公司对外投资资产保值、增值及经营成果进行审计。 举报 分享
