要 求：
Education:
University graduated with mechanical/electrical or relevant field
Working Experience:
Minimum three years experience in Engineering, manufacturing or sourcing in related industry
Technical Skills:
Strong technical background and actual know-how experience in telecom or related field
Understanding of the requirements of the ISO9000/14000 standard
Have to be result-oriented, strong business-minded and with strong engineering background and be able to foresee problems and good at handling "unexpected" problems quickly
Knowledge & Skills:
Fluent English both in written or oral
PC skills with knowledge of MS-Office is a must

职 责：
Source potential suppliers for the existing and future components projects assigned and negotiate with vendors regarding price & volume discount, inventory consignment
Optimize supplier base through suppliers selection, evaluation and performance management
Achieve high degree of confidence in the continuity of supply by working with supplies to high performance levels through understanding of materials, engineering and manufacturing processes
Coordinate with headquarters for new product development, vendor outsourcing in Asia & production
Provide technical support to sales and other department
Work with suppliers to improve quality to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the target of cost saving
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
Environment
Act according to the ESK ISO14000 Environment Management System Request.
Exert management and control on involved interested parties.
