Description:

The role is part of the Brand & Communication (B&C) core team which serves on the event and sponsorship local support, support local market development, relationship explore and followup, other works assigned by leaders, and need work closely and support OMP office, functions and marketing team to explore clients, local government relationship, CRM and events on-site support, etc.

The senior specialist position is based in Tianjin and will report to the team senior manager.

Supporting senior manager on daily work reports and meeting arrangements;

Supporting market eminence event management;

Assisting with translation of materials;

Participating in client market research and visiting;

Providing administrative support to B&C team in Tianjin.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or above; Language & Marketing educational background is a plus

CET-6 or above, and fluent on English in written and oral

Proficient in Microsoft Office and PPT

Account management and marketing experience preferred

Experience in writing presentations

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work effectively within a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to details

Minimum of 2 years’ working experience

拥有客户管理及市场相关经验为佳

拥有PPT撰写的经验

能够同时兼顾多项项目

团队合作能力

拥有优秀的人际沟通技巧

注重细节

至少两年相关经验
