Job Description:
Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting Java technology and related Engineering Service and Support Services to key/major accounts in Internet/eCommerce/Healthcare/Automotive Electronics industries. Specific responsibilities and accountabilities include:
1) Close Java technology license deals (new deals, renewals and Eng.Service) with customers in Internet/eCommerce/Healthcare/Automotive Electronics industries and meet/exceed business goal based on strong established business plan.
2) Territory planning, strategic selling skills, strong technical acumen
3) Maintain good/close business relationship with existing and prospective customers by identifying customer needs and proposing solution
4) Create Design-Win deals
5) Identify initiatives in specific industries such as Internet, eCommerce, Healthcare, Automotive Electronics and etc to insure meeting team revenue targets and goals
6) Account Management; Establish and maintain strong customer business relationship by updating customers with new technology information with the support from peer Sales Consultants.
7) Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and communicate market and customer feedback to the management team

Required Skills:
1) BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical degree and/or equivalent experiences are preferred
2) A strong track record of over achieving sales revenue quota attainment
3) Good business and technical communication skills
4) Strong solution selling skills, including extensive experience calling on key executives in Enterprise accounts in the local market
5) Understands the concepts of device/client/server and web-based computing solution and have depth knowledge of mobile industry is a plus.
6) Presentation skills are required for this position.
7) Knowledge of Computer (Software and Hardware)/Consumer Electronics/Source & Binary Distribution business
8) Required at least 6 years working experience and preferred global company
