职位描述：
To be responsible for the maintenance, update and upgrade of all HR systems and to act as a main point of contact for HR system related projects, initiatives and questions. To generate and compile HR reports to support relevant analysis and management decision-making.

1. Responsible for system administration and set-up for all HR systems, and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
2. Audit system data on routine basis to ensure data integrity and quality.
3. Respond to queries from users, track incidents and come up with resolutions in a timely fashion. Share experiences with HR team members to improve effectiveness of system operation.
4. Provide system trainings to HR team members, internal users (managers and staff), and new joiners as appropriate and/or requested. Responsible for internal customer communications on updating and enhancement of HRIS.
5. Ensure on-time data input/reports delivery by coordinating, reminding and tracking respective stakeholders (e.g. HRBP, payroll, etc.).
6. Manage system vendors to ensure delivery quality of all services.
7. Participate and serve as a key point of contact in all HRIS projects, including system enhancement and interface with other systems or implementing of new HR systems.
8. Consolidate data and compile various customized HR reports to meet the requirements of the HR team, agency companies/business units and group management, as well as any other relevant internal or external projects 举报 分享
