职位概述 / Job Summary
？ 组织参与康帕斯产品及服务内容介绍的创意构思、文案及客户提案,给予前期提案、设计创意说明及后期结案报告等服务
？ 根据客户的需求提供线上如微信、微博等公众媒体或产品推广活动的提案
？ 与设计师及销售、营运支持部门协同合作，执行并监督所负责项目的创意构思和文案
？ .负责与媒体、广告公司的业务沟通联系，对各项联系记录进行整理和存档；
？ 独立撰写各类稿件（新闻稿、综述稿、评论稿、专访稿等）、策划方案、报告等。


工作职责/RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Originate Chinese content for marketing communications deliverables such as proposal, brochure, website content, social media, etc.
? Proofread, edit or re-develop content for marketing materials (mostly Simplified Chinese with some English) to ensure accuracy and that the intended audience gets our key messages.
? Develop a proper tone of voice, based on Compass brand, products and services, as well as the demographics of our target audience.
? Provide original Chinese content (content maybe from Compass PLC, written in English) that will creatively and effectively convey important points, fulfil marketing goals and have good rankings on Chinese search engines.
? Be involved in entire bid process – from reading and understanding bid requirements to producing the required bidding documents.
? Work with other members of the Sales Operations team to develop ideas on client and internal projects.
? Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs.
? Support other online and offline marketing campaigns for Compass (including planning, generating and tracking marketing content calendar).
? Work closely with Marketing & Design Specialist to increase Compass China awareness through social media presence.


任职资格/QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above in Journalism, Chinese literature, Marketing or any other related majors.
? Native Chinese speaker, excellent communication and writing skills in both Simplified Chinese and English.
? At least 1-2 years of marketing experience, with exposure across content marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, branding and marketing & communications (marcomm), etc.
? Proactive in providing inputs on all Chinese-content materials (not only proofread), detail minded in catching typo, information inconsistency, etc.
? High level of grammar, solid writing skills, and sound collateral production knowledge; demonstrated experience in professional copywriting or editing highly desired. 举报 分享
