Location: Beijing Duration: 6 months

Position: Intern, Team Assistant of Audit Team QA Purchasing Parts

Start of internship: July 24th

Are you highly motivated with potential to develop yourself? Do you want to have a look under the pot-lid of automotive company? Then we are looking for you!

Your Responsibilities:

? Regular work: to update, scan and send audit reports and other relevant documents; at the end of each month, to make monthly report; to prepare the monthly auditors meeting and record auditor meeting minutes.

? To assist the supervisor's daily work, such as file translation, data analysis, to make Excel, PPT or Word files and so forth.

? To deal with the daily affairs of the colleagues, such as travel applications, fees reimbursement and so on.

? To contact with supplier/VW plants in China and worldwide.

Our Requirements:

? Major in Chemistry, Metal, Electronics is preferred, or Economy relevant.

? Good communication skill with team work spirit

? Ability to learn new things and strong responsibility

? Chinese native, fluent in written and spoken German or English.

? IT : Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook )
