职位描述：
Major Tasks and Activities:
? Monitor and handle monthly payroll process and monthly individual tax filing
? Be responsible for market survey and data analysis
? Assist with salary review and bonus proposal
? Assist in HR statistical reports preparations
? Be responsible for HR management system implementation and maintenance
? Assist in any other ad hoc projects

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 5 years HR working experience in a multinational company
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
? Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
? Strong team spirits
? Independent, reliable and be able to work under pressure
? Understand relevant labor regulations & laws
? PC skills (good at words, excel & PowerPoint) 举报 分享
