Position: Corporate Finance -Senior Consultant企业融资高级顾问
Location: Shanghai Office 工作地点：上海
Type of employment: Full-time 雇佣类型：全职
Report to: Line manager 汇报关系：部门经理


Job Responsibility & Accountability 工作职责

? Support managers and partners on project-managing and execution of M&A transactions;
? Assist in preparing pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;
? Conduct market research and target searching;
? Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
? Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the
 preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and sale and purchase agreements etc;
? Perform financial analysis and review on client companies;
? Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide
 support to the client in the negotiations.

Job Requirements 岗位要求

? Minimum three years’ relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction service and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities;
? International accounting firm, international law firm or equivalent background preferred;
? Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, business or related disciplines
? CFA, CICPA or other professional qualifications;
? Hands-on in unraveling commercial complexities;
? Good business sense and commercial awareness;
? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
? Willing to travel a must;
? Strong MS Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
