职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Plan and follow the objective of the department with reference to the company’s business objective and Coach department people to take the responsibility
2.Plan and control the department’s cost.
3.Be responsible for EHS of the department
4.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of the utility equipment.
5.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of the power supply system
6.Organize the maintenance work to ensure the running of fire system and waster water treatment.
7.Plan and organize the maintenance to the GMP production environment including the doors, windows, wall and floor etc).
8.Implement the 2020 project including the technical preparation, documents, installation, DQ, IQ, OQ, etc.
9.Plan and follow the maintenance of the vehicles
10.Plan the usage of energy and carried out the energy saving
任职要求：
-Sound understanding of call center dynamics e.g. procedures, processes and systems used, products sold, reward structures, agent skills and training, regulatory requirements;
-Sound understanding of documentation writing and change methodologies;
-Detailed Word, excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
-Proven experience of leading change [preferably within a contact center environment;
-Proven planning and prioritization skills;
-Proven documentation writing and change management experience;
-Proven effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills;
