BASIC FUNCTIONS
Within delegated responsibility and authority of Project Sales Manager-CAW, responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating all project field sales activities in order to promote and support KOHLER brand in the assigned project market. Responsible for developing sales strategies for achieving increased penetration of major developers, builders, mechanical contractors, and the lodging industry. Works within the guidelines of the project quotation program and the residential quotation program to assist distributors in obtaining additional project job orders.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBITITIES
Establish and maintain regular contact with major developers, mechanical contractors, builders, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.
? Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of KOHLER within the project market and new residential market.
? Coordinate and implement presentations to major mechanical developers, contractors, builders, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of KOHLER products.
? Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.
? Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
? Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.
RELATIONSHIP AND CONTACTS
? Directly reports to Project Sales Manager-CAW
? Frequent contacts with other Sales Executives in the assigned area.
? Frequent contacts with Marketing and Central Customer Service Centre personnel.
? Frequent contacts with distributors, government authorities, builders, developers and the lodging industry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? University/ college graduated in marketing or business administration preferred.
? At least 5 years sales experience coupled with extensive background in securing project type business & solid connection with developers / contractors.
? Strong analytic capabilities is required.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, both orally and written.
? Willing to travel.
