职位描述：
1. You will supplier management for SIM Card body , Printing and Outsourcing suppliers
2. You will lead the commercial agreement negotiation with suppliers, in term of price, payment term, delivery, warranty, etc. and ensure it workable with both parties.
3. You will continuingly to do the price benchmark for the related product and working process, extremely to get the cost reduction annually.
4. You will monitor closely with operation team to ensure the delivery at agreed services/quality level on time.
5. You will sourcing the alternative proposals / solution to drive the key purchasing products cost down.
6. You will daily outsourcing order check in term of the module cost, production cost, shipping cost are quoted properly.
7. You will daily PR/PO management under Purchasing policies
8. You will support Corporate team for the global strategy definition and deployment
9. You will cross teams work with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Production team etc.
10. You will make Cube spending/savings update to date,
11. You will ensure all of event and contract well managed in Zycus system
12. You will CSR activities management
13. You will internal / external Audit support

Knowledge, Skills and Experience：

1. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experiences in Purchasing related position including sourcing aspects , negotiating , managing supplier relationships and contract preparations
2. You must be excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
3. You must have Ability to negotiate effectively whilst maintaining collaborative working relationships
4. You must have Project management experiences is a must and be able to manage multiple projects and drive for results.
5. You must have Able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional pressuring environment with the ability to communicate at all levels.
6. To succeed at this job, you must have open mind to learn and improve
7. It would be preferred if you have a Smart Card Industry background .
