Primary Responsibility

- Work with sales team to provide "solutions" for customer specific applications leveraging on DE-STA-CO "tool kit" of products.

- Work with Asia Application Engineering Manager to identify localization opportunities for current product range.

- Stay close to customers and identify new products opportunities.

- Educate customers to the benefits of investing in Destaco Product and Services through professional training and technical services support and after sales strategy.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree with Mechanical or Automation background, with 3~5 years of related field services experience providing front and back office technical support.

- Solid and proven knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical system theory and solid ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and provide solutions to problems to the customer.

- Solid interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to share knowledge for diverse audiences of varying size and negotiate with customers when conflict arises

- Solid skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities and commitments through effective time management and proper preparations prior to delivering support services

- Working experience on Robotics or other Automation companies will be an advantage.
