POSITION TITLE
Associate Manager, Category Management, Sales Force Activation

LOCATION
Guangzhou

THE POSITION
As an Associate Manager in CatMan SFA, you will be responsible for initiate, conduct and manage ad-hoc category management project for both manufacturer and retailer customers in terms of merchandising, display, promotion, pricing, inventory optimization. Promote category management concept and methodology through training sessions. Promote and coach customers for the use of Nielsen Spaceman software.

Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality analysis to 3-party category management project, to share category management insights to retailer/supplier clients.
- Deliver Category Management pilot project to clients based on information integration, in-depth category diagnosis and actionable recommendation on Assortment / Display etc.
- To handle Category Management related ac hoc project and software selling/ maintenance, in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
- Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials;
- Ensure the generation of required revenue and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets;
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs;
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships within client organization

Qualifications
- At least 3 year working experience in FMCG manufacturer (CatMan/Data Analysis/KAM/TMKT/Sales Activation) or retailer (Merchandising/Display Management);
- In-depth analytical skill, familiar with data analysis and reporting, Category Management experience is more preferable;
- Basic knowledge of market research;
- Familiarity of Nielsen Spaceman or JDA prospace, Nielsen Answers software is a plus;
- Good presentation and effective writing skills
- Out-going, self-motivator, mature thinking on his/her career 举报 分享
