Location: Hong Kong (Business travel when needed)

naked Hub is a platform to help start‐ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs is 7 in 2016. In 2017, we plan to open 20‐30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Office Manager position.

Responsibilities

-Provide wide range administrative support to the GM of naked Hub and across the team. (e.g. typing, filing, expense management, travel & meeting schedule planning, etc.)
-Assist GM with P&L management.
-Manage business calendar for business activity scheduling.
-Draft/prepare memos, emails, meeting materials, presentations and other documentations
-Oversee office expenses and budget
-Supply excellent document and oral translation.
-Organize team meetings, including logistics, attendees, materials and communication.
-Maintain professional relationships with all supporting functions.
-Develop and manage relationships with partners and vendors
-Responsible for assisting Sales team in updating formal documents: quotations, contracts, itineraries, custom menus, handover documents
-Handle other tasks assigned by GM

Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience with proven administrative ability
-Proficient in MS‐Office
-Good communication skill and team work
-Work with passion and high responsibility
-Outstanding Verbal Communication skills
-Excellent listener, high EQ, personable
